A house on a narrow corner lot in Oshima, Koto Ward, Tokyo, which makes effective use of dead space.


The house was built on a narrow corner plot with many restrictions, but was designed to make effective use of dead space and to provide plenty of living space.
A laundry room under the stairs, a walk-in closet and study space were installed, while a 1 tsubo type of 1616-size bathroom was installed.
Storage space above the stairs has been installed and other storage space has been placed in addition to the bedrooms.
The exterior is designed with louvers on the corners to give it a calm, modern Japanese atmosphere.
The exterior of the house is designed to blend in with the downtown area.
