A general share house to a pet-friendly share house

Renovated from a share house that originally housed two people per room to a share house where you can enjoy living with your pets.

By widening the living space, which was narrow and dark, and taking in more light, it was changed into a spacious common space where pets and residents can spend time together and gather easily.

Some rooms have been renovated by removing the central wall to create larger rooms that can accommodate two tenants. Added variation to the size of the rooms.

An artificial lawn was installed on the under-utilised rooftop area to create a dog run space.
The entire room was changed to pet-friendly flooring and wallpaper.
Two pet sinks have been installed in the living room.
Additional water facilities were added, which were few compared to the number of rooms, to provide more comfortable living for the tenants.

All existing furniture was removed and upgraded with furniture and appliances that make it easier for tenants to relax and have a sense of unity.
The washing machine on the roof has been removed and made available indoors.
