“Smart Application” Expands Collaboration to 53 Companies — At Home Co., Ltd.

On June 14, At Home Co., Ltd., a real estate information service provider, announced that it has begun collaborating with two additional companies for its online rental application platform, Smart Application.
Smart Application allows users to apply for rental properties online by simply entering the required information into a dedicated form. The platform also supports integration with rent guarantee companies, streamlining the rental process.

The two new partners are:
 Insurance Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Junko Sakurai)
 INTRUST Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yutaka Kuwahara)
With these additions, the total number of companies collaborating with Smart Application reached 53 as of the end of October 24.
