For Condominium Residents: "Welfare + Home Appliance Repair Warranty Service"

Mitsubishi Estate Community Co., Ltd. announced on November 14 that it will offer "Regikura Plus," a welfare program and home appliance repair warranty service for residents and owners of for-sale condominiums managed by the company, starting at the end of November.

Benefit One Co., Ltd. provides a comprehensive welfare service called "Benefit Station" and a membership-based service that customizes the home appliance repair warranty service. This service is available through a dedicated website and offered at 750 yen per month (excluding tax).

In addition to gourmet, leisure, and shopping, "Benefit Station" offers access to learning content such as e-learning, childcare, nursing care, and more than 1.4 million services related to life events such as moving, all at preferential prices.

The Home Appliance Repair Warranty Service covers the repair costs of eight types of home appliances owned by members, frequently used for 10 years (some for 5 years) from the date of purchase.
