The Council of Rental Real Estate Business Managers announced on November 26, 2024 the results of the Rental Real Estate Business Manager Examination conducted on November 17.
The pass/fail criterion is 35 or more out of 50 questions (31 out of 45 or more questions for those who are exempt from 5 questions). The number of successful applicants was 7,282, and the pass rate was 24.1%. The total number of people who passed the test was 101,761, exceeding 100,000.
Applicants who pass the Examination will receive a letter of acceptance by mail from January 7, 2025. Successful applicants who have at least two years of work experience in administrative work and have completed the prescribed procedures, which is a requirement for registration, will become qualified Rental Real Estate Business Managers from April 1 of the same year. Applicants who do not meet the registration requirements will be able to register after taking a practical course that will be accepted on January 8 of the same year.
