The Condominium Management Association of Japan has announced that it will hold the "2025 Condominium Management Advanced Training" both on-site and online.
The purpose of this training is to acquire the business knowledge necessary for the condominium management industry, ensure the appropriateness of condominium management, and improve the overall level of the management industry. The training content will include recent court precedents related to condominium management and earthquake countermeasures for condominiums.
The on-site event will be held on July 1 from 13:30 to 16:30 at Hamarikyu Construction Plaza (Chuo-ku, Tokyo). The online event will be available from August 1 to December 18, featuring the video used in the on-site event. The tuition fee is 8,800 yen (including tax) for members and 9,900 yen (including tax) for non-members. For details, please refer to the dedicated page.
