At Home Co., Ltd., a leading real estate information service provider, announced on June 20th its collaboration with Next Communications Co., Ltd., a lifeline agency service company, to enhance its online rental application platform, Smart Application.
Smart Application enables users to submit rental applications online and seamlessly share essential information—such as name, address, and emergency contact details—with affiliated service providers. These include rent guarantee companies, short-term insurance providers, lifeline agency services, and moving companies.
Through this partnership, applicants can avoid repeatedly filling out forms for lifeline services like electricity, gas, and water, making the move-in process smoother and more efficient. This improvement is expected to enhance customer satisfaction for real estate professionals.
As of the end of April, Smart Application is integrated with three service providers: Sakai Moving Center Co., Ltd. (moving services), DUAL Holdings Co., Ltd. (lifeline agency), and Next Communications Co., Ltd. (lifeline agency).
At Home Co., Ltd. plans to continue expanding partnerships with companies involved in housing and relocation, further promoting digital transformation (DX) and operational efficiency across the industry.
